No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through the purchase of a Procurement Package or any other service.

Prohibited Use

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

copy or reproduce our content
modify or adapt our materials
distribute or publish our content
share Procurement Packages with third parties
reproduce our mood boards or styling concepts
use our design concepts for commercial purposes
upload our content to websites, social media or file-sharing platforms
remove copyright notices or branding
create derivative works based on our content.

Photography & Images

Images displayed on the House of Wonder website may be owned by House of Wonder or used under licence or with permission from our suppliers and partners.

These images must not be copied, downloaded, reproduced or used without the permission of the relevant copyright owner.

Procurement Packages

Every Procurement Package created by House of Wonder is an original work prepared specifically for the client.

Procurement Packages, including mood boards, specifications, supplier information and styling recommendations, are provided solely for the client's personal use and must not be reproduced, resold, distributed or commercially exploited without our written permission.

Trade Marks

"House of Wonder", our logo, branding, graphics and associated trade marks are the intellectual property of House of Wonder and may not be used without prior written consent.

Trade Pricing Confidentiality Agreement

House of Wonder is committed to maintaining the trust of our supplier network by protecting confidential trade pricing and procurement information.

By using our Procurement Services, you agree to comply with this Trade Pricing Confidentiality Agreement.

Confidential Information

During the procurement process, House of Wonder may provide access to confidential information, including but not limited to:

supplier trade pricing
trade discounts
supplier quotations
supplier invoices
procurement documentation
pricing schedules
product availability
commercial supplier information.

This information is confidential and remains the property of House of Wonder and/or the relevant supplier.

Permitted Use

Confidential information is provided solely for the purpose of enabling you to purchase products included within your Procurement Package.

It must not be used for any other purpose.

You Agree Not To

Without prior written permission from House of Wonder, you must not:

share trade pricing with any person or business
distribute supplier invoices
publish supplier quotations
upload pricing documents online
post pricing on social media
forward Procurement Packages to third parties
use supplier pricing to negotiate with other retailers
reproduce or distribute confidential procurement documents
publicly disclose trade discounts
provide supplier pricing to designers, businesses or competitors.

Procurement Packages

Procurement Packages are supplied exclusively to the purchasing client.

They are confidential documents prepared specifically for your project and may not be copied, reproduced, shared or redistributed without our written consent.

Supplier Relationships

House of Wonder works closely with suppliers who entrust us with confidential commercial information.

Protecting this information is essential to maintaining these relationships and ensuring continued access to trade pricing for our clients.

Breach of Confidentiality

If House of Wonder reasonably believes that confidential pricing or procurement information has been shared or misused, we reserve the right to:

immediately revoke access to Procurement Services
refuse future procurement requests
cancel access to trade pricing
suspend or terminate client accounts where applicable
seek any legal remedies available to us.

No Transfer of Rights

Receiving confidential pricing or supplier information does not grant ownership of, or rights to use, that information beyond your individual procurement transaction.
